Prescription refills may be requested during our regular office hours, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00p.m.
Please allow 48-to-72 hours for all prescription refills.
Refills may require an office visit for continuation.
Medications requiring pre-authorization may require longer than 72 hours.
You may call our office at 607-257-6563 or 1-800-88ASTHMA and follow the prompts to the prescription refill line. If calling, please leave the patient’s full name, date of birth, name and dosage of the medication, and the name, address and phone number of the pharmacy.
You may also send a request via the patient portal.
